This large scale residential project in the prestigious Kensington district is one of the largest firestopping projects undertaken by WRR-UK outside of the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for longstanding clients Sir Robert McAlpine.

With a host of technical challenges to undertake from high level movement and vibration issues due to the proximity of local rail infrastructure, there were also many fire and acoustic issues combined which had to be overcome and brought within program.

WRR-UK worked very closely with the design team, and developed a detailed maintenance and tracking system which left the new building estates management team with a live working inspection system.
