This £340M project is part of the Arrowhead Quay development in Canary Wharfs dockside, and consists of two new build 55 storey residential towers. WRR-UK were appointed by Asme Engineering for a use multi discipline fire protection package consisting of cementitious spray, Calcium Silicate boarding and Intumescent coatings to fire protect the lower floors of this impressive steel structure.

WRR-UK worked closely with the various system manufacturers to ensure compliance at every level, in particular developing a solution for the previously un-tested interfaces between each system. We managed to draw on our many years experience and overcome many complexed design issues to ensure all parties were happy so that third party certification could be achieved.

A stunning building and a contract that we are particularly proud to have played a part in as it managed to stretch the limits of fire protection design, and is a fantastic example of so many different influencers coming together to solve complexed issues.
